I have thankfully had the chance to take a look at the edited piece in its current state and I am glad to say that it is looking quite good in my opinion. The footage and various shots appear to flow very well and the basic 'plot/storyline' of the piece can be easily understood already, despite its rather disjointed state at this time.
I do have some minor concerns, however. For one, I still have not yet had the chance to properly come in and help edit some of the music. Part of this is my fault as I have had to lead early on a few occasions for the past week. George is very much in control of the edit at this point and feedback doesn't appear to be something that is being given too much consideration. I admit this worries me ever so slightly seeing as the edit should be a group effort.
However, I'm sure that this will subside as the edit becomes more complete and I can eventually get going with this work.
