Kent Film Office Application:

I have sent in an application form to the Kent Film Office in order to see if we can use the various backroads that we have looked at over the past couple of weeks.
This is how the responses and answer panned out via email:

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for registering your project.
Can you please supply me with more details of what is involved in your shoot? Does it involve any driving or is it just presenter by side of road talking to camera?

Thank you for your quick reply.
There will be driving involved. Ideally there will be a couple of ‘pieces-to-camera’ from a fixed position inside the car. The driver will not be distracted by this in any way. We also plan to film the car driving past from a safe place behind the aforementioned barriers with no presenter on site. Will be happy to provide any more info if needed.

Thanks for coming back to me.
For the driving and camera in the car we will need a risk assessment which includes details of how the camera will be secured to the vehicle. Also could you supply us with a google map of driving route and external camera points. Once we have this I can put the request into Highways.
